AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of labor and materials necessary for analysis, identification, storage, remediation, transportation, clean-up, emergency response, recycling, and disposal of various chemicals, hazardous waste products, and other non-hazardous and recyclable waste materials, routine industrial cleaning, and required training, for the Divisions of Water, Cleveland Public Power, and Water Pollution Control, Department of Public Utilities and the Department of Public Works for a period of two years, with two one-year options to renew, the first of which shall require additional legislative authority.
