AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Health to enter into one or more agreements with The Ohio State University, East 66th Street Services Inc and other entities to support the administration of the City of Cleveland’s community gardening program known as the “Summer Sprout Community Gardening program”, for a period of one year with an option to renew for an additional one-year term, exercisable by the Director of Public Health.
