AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Safety to apply for and accept a grant from the Ohio Office of Criminal Justice Services for the FY 2023 State Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant to provide funding for the operation of the Cartel Gang Narcotics and Laundering Task Force; and authorizing agreements with various entities to implement the grant.
