Title: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Sections 1 and 4 of Ordinance No. 88-2023, passed January 30, 2023, relating to directing a portion of the City’s Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund payment to respond to the public health emergency or its negative economic impacts by improving the public sector capacity and workforce with respect to building an IT platform to track and report on data in the City’s 311 system and to make necessary investments in broadband infrastructure to strengthen City cybersecurity; and to supplement the ordinance by adding new Sections 4a and 4b, relating to contracts for advertising and marketing.
