AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Human Resources to enter into one or more contracts in order to provide professional services necessary to administer and provide group medical, dental, prescription, vision, and life insurance coverage, the medical reimbursement accounts, dependent care accounts, and premium pass-through benefits and stop-loss coverage under Internal Revenue Code Section 125 for City of Cleveland employees, for a period up to one year, with three one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Human Resources.
