Title: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more contracts with the Cleveland Water Alliance for professional services necessary to provide state-of the art water quality detection equipment, deploy, maintain, and retrieve data from four buoys in Lake Erie, for the Division of Water, Department of Public Utilities, for a period of three years with an option for the City to purchase all or a portion of the monitoring equipment any time after the first year of the contract.
