AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into a license agreement with the Italian-American Brotherhood Club, or its designee, to design, build, install, and maintain a statue of Rocco Domenico "Rocky" Colavito Jr. on City-owned property in Tony Brush Park, for an initial term of three years and automatically renewing year to year unless terminated by either party.
