AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into a license agreement with The Convention and Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland, Inc. dba Destination Cleveland, to use and occupy City-owned property and ongoing maintenance of a pedestrian wayfinding sign at the Lakefront Municipal Parking Lot, for an initial term of three years and automatically renewing year to year unless terminated by either party.
