AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of specialized batteries, hardware, parts, and related components needed to maintain, replace, repair, and provide services for the uninterruptible power supply systems and appurtenances, including testing, technical administration, tuning, labor when necessary, and other related services, for the various divisions of City government, Department of Finance, for a period of one year, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
