Title: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into one or more requirement contracts without competitive bidding with Johnson Controls, Inc. for labor and materials needed to maintain, repair, and expand the fire alarm and suppression systems, including any parts, materials, equipment, supplies, services, and installation, for the various divisions of the Department of Port Control, for a period of two years, with two one-year options to renew, the first of which is exercisable with additional legislative authority.
