Title: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance, on behalf of the Mayor’s Office of Prevention, Intervention and Opportunity, to enter into one or more contracts with Making A Difference Consulting, LLC for the purpose of providing an eight-week long summer program focused on well-being, and college/career readiness for youths in the age range of 11 to 17 years under the City’s Out of School Time Program, for a period of one year, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
