Title: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Safety to amend Lease Agreement No. LS2018-24 with Cuyahoga County for the lease of certain space located on various floors of the Justice Center to extend the term for an additional 14-month period, beginning October 2, 2026, with an additional one-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Safety, and to reduce the amount of parking spaces and square footage currently leased by the Division of Police.
