AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more requirement contracts without competitive bidding with Northcoast Process Controls, Inc. for proprietary valves, actuators, appurtenances, and other components of the valve actuator systems, and labor and materials needed to repair, replace, maintain, exercise, inspect, and test existing equipment, and to provide related services, for the Division of Water, Department of Public Utilities, for a period of two years.
