AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance to employ one or more professional consultants to implement various city-wide employee safety programs and other related services; and to enter into various written standard purchase and requirement contracts needed in connection with the programs, for the various divisions of City government, for a period of one year, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
