AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of various types of general maintenance, structural repair, and lubrication requirements of moveable bridges, including materials, equipment, supplies, services and labor, if necessary, for the Division of Streets, Department of Public Works, for a period of one year, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Works.
