AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Safety to enter into a grant agreement with Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County, Inc. to carry out the public purpose of providing community outreach to educate people about the Crime Stoppers process in order to increase reporting of crimes and improve public safety in the City and surrounding region.
