Title: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance, on behalf of the Cleveland Municipal Court, to enter into one or more contracts with Oriana House, Inc. for professional services necessary to provide appropriate placement for defendants to be assigned into supervised pretrial release without the sanction of incarceration and to provide related services, for the Cleveland Municipal Court, for a period of one year, with a one-year option to renew exercisable by the Director of Finance.
