AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To repeal all sections in Chapter 604 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio, 1976, as enacted and amended by various ordinances, relating to dogs that pose a threat to Public Safety; and enact new Sections 604.01, 604.02, 604.03, 604.04, 604.05, 604.06, and 604.99 relating to Nuisance, Dangerous and Vicious Dogs.
