Title: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works, on behalf of the Office of Sustainability, to employ one or more professional consultants to manage the use of City-owned electric vehicle charging stations or electric vehicle service equipment; and to charge fees relating to the charging stations and equipment; and authorizing the Director to enter into various written standard purchase and requirement contracts needed for materials, equipment, supplies and services needed to maintain the stations, including labor when necessary, for the Department of Public Works.
