AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance, on behalf of the Cleveland Municipal Court, to enter into one or more contracts with Court Community Service for, one, professional services necessary to place criminal defendants in community service and, two, for placement of criminal defendants in the Cleveland Work Crew Program, both as referred by the Court, for the Cleveland Municipal Court, each for a period of one (1) year, with two (2) one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
