AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more requirement contracts without competitive bidding with Hach Company to provide laboratory equipment, supplies, and services for operation, calibration, preventive maintenance, appropriate repairs and to certify accuracy of laboratory and in-line process equipment used to test drinking water that is manufactured by the Hach Company, for the Division of Water, Department of Public Utilities, for a term of two years.
