Title: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to employ one or more professional consultants to manage and operate the Division of Motor Vehicle Maintenance's seven parts rooms and to manage the inventory needed for fleet maintenance operations and other related issues, for the Division of Motor Vehicle Maintenance, Department of Public Works; and authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into various written standard purchase and requirement contracts for materials, equipment, supplies and/or services needed for specialty stock and inventory for fleet maintenance which are necessary to effectuate the purposes of this ordinance, including labor and materials if necessary, for a period of three years, with three one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Works.
