AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance to employ one or more professional consultants to provide accounting services and implementation assistance of the current and future Governmental Accounting Standards Board Statements for the City’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, and to provide accounting services in the preparation and calculation of current GASB’s that are already implemented by the City and to transfer that knowledge to the appropriate City personnel, for a period of one year, with two one-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
