Title: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by contract of either one street sweeper or one leaf vacuum, for the Division of Streets, Department of Public Works, or in the alternative, authorizing the Director to employ one or more professional consultants to manage and operate a high-generation area leaf pickup and disposal pilot program for the Department of Public Works for a period of two years; and authorizing the director to apply for and accept gifts, grants, and other funding for this purpose.
