Title: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Directors of Capital Projects and/or City Planning to apply for and accept grants from the Ohio Department of Transportation for the 2024 Pedestrian Safety Improvement Program to implement safety improvements at various sites throughout the City; to apply for and accept any gifts or grants from any public or private entity; giving consent of the City of Cleveland to the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio to construct the safety improvements; authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to enter into any relative agreements; and causing payment to the State for the City’s share of the improvement.
