Title: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Community Development to lease certain property located at 1301-1325 Chester Avenue to Playhouse Square Foundation, or its designee, for the purpose of operating a parking lot, for a term not to exceed ten years; authorizing the Director of Community Development to enter into an Option to Purchase Agreement with Playhouse Square Foundation, or its designee, in connection with the sale of the property; and authorizing the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to convey the property, which is no longer needed for the City’s public use.
