Title: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance, on behalf of the Mayor’s Office of Prevention, Intervention and Opportunity, to enter into one or more contracts with Beat the Streets Cleveland for the purpose of providing after-school programming involving structured physical activity and social-emotional-learning to promote fitness, discipline and healthy lifestyle habits for youth and young adults under the City’s Out of School Time Program, for a period of one year, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
