Title: AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the appropriate director to enter into one or more requirement or standard contracts for the immediate purchase of labor, equipment and materials for various items needed to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 to City employees and members of the public, including but not limited to, barriers and dividers and other similar items and necessary hardware; signage and flyers; touchless operators, apparatuses, and devices; hand sanitizer dispensers; temperature sensors devices; HVAC air filters and disinfection equipment; portable disinfecting equipment; furniture; and any other items deemed necessary by the Director of Finance, for the various departments, offices, and branches of the City.
